Knee arthroscopy
After 4 weeks post op and being able to kneel professor Jari advised me to start strengthening every other day alternating between high rep low load and low rep heavier load with a particular focus on single leg strengthening so that I didn’t favour my left leg. I did this up to the 12 week mark. My acute sharp anterior knee pain over the patella tendon graft area had gone after approximately 9-10 weeks after keeping to the advised single leg strengthening programme.
